Is it the thing where you spin around for a while and stop, but the fluids in your ear cavities continue to move so you feel dizzy?
If it's that, then I fucking love it.
Have you also ever had it, where you go on a trampoline or go for a swim, and when you're in bed later that day you still feel as if you're trampolining or swimming? I do. I also like that feeling.
That would be actual dizziness, Vertigo would be from problems the ear itself, or with the spinal cord (<-- My problem) and that cuases the rapid spinning feeling, ringing, and balance lost.
If you EVER had vertigo, the feeling between dizzy and it, are huge, totaly unmistakable feelings.

Also, feeling like your swimming/trampolining when you go to bed? I'm not sure of that, like weightless-ness-ess? or just 'wet' dreams?
