MOAC (or alternately, Egg Cookies)

Gentlemen, I present to you, the MOAC (Mother Of All Cookies)

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 150g Sugar
- 200g Flour
- 1 pack of vanillin Sugar (I left that out)
thats all

To do:
-Whisk the Eggs until they are slightly foamy
- start to mix the Sugar and Vanillin Sugar in and continue to mix until the mass becomes creamy and al of the sugar is dissolved
- Sift the flour and carefully add it to the mix
- for the cookies spread out baking paper on a baking tray and give the dough onto it with a teaspoon (small cookies) or a tablespoon (big cookies)
- bake them in a pre- heated ovea an 200°C for 8~ 10 Minutes
take them from the tray and let them cool off. They are done now.

DISCLAIMER: I only have a small oven and all of the dough barely fitted onto my tray. Thats where this 1 ell x 1 ell Abormination came from.

looks nice, but a bit plane...where is the chocolate? or the marzipan! :O

I needed something with as few fancy ingredients as possible. And in my Case even butter counts as fancy right now.

I could have mixed Cocoa into the dough.
Also, the gentlemen is just a figure of speech :3
