I can't speak for anyone but myself, and to an extent, my wife. My wife has already been drawing for a while, making shounen ai manga. I challenged her to draw more female characters, and then to draw hentai. And then I figured Fakku, being a hentai site, would be a good place to post her art.
So to answer your question, neither she or I focus on 'only' hentai. It's only what she chose to post here.

that's a bit extreme hehe. Don't get mad, he sounded a bit harsh, but he was actually trying to help (nobody who goes through the problem of gathering all those reference links can have bad intentions).
