Electrocuted when I was 4. Don't remember it but apparently I'm lucky to be alive.
Nearly drowned when I last went swimming. I went on this slide thing which dunks you into a pool of water. I didn't have the balls to tell my friends I couldn't swim. Ingested quite a bit of water and kept burping for an hour.

If you've ever blacked out, that's exactly what death is like.
Everything just- stops.
The end.
Along with your body, your mind does too- like a candle being snuffed out.
I don't care what your beliefs or religion is; your conscious existence is terminated, and your body will rot.
If you wish to be romantic about it, your remains shall feed new life as it decomposes and returns to the earth. If you are left in the wild, cremated, or dead at sea, that is.
If you are to be buried in a coffin with all the prep work done to you, then you wont even be contributing to that cycle of life, as your corpse will just stay there.
Anyways, yes- I've had a number of close calls.
Everything just- stops.
The end.

Ya...passing out is scary. I've had a few passing out bouts in the past. But I defeated most of them.

Can I call you Athiest Jesus? To be honest.. Bravo... *tips hat and lifts martini glass*... Now if only there was a martini in the glass, but I'm out of double martini onions and I'm not a barbarian, you can't have a double martini without a martini onion...

The pass out game is fun. Just saying. It's only fun if you wake up.
The only times that I've blacked out have been due to severe head trauma, so I'm none too keen on it.
That- and I've seen drunk people and I know that that's not a state that I'm eager to find myself in.
Drink responsibly. Having fun does not mean making an absolute ass of yourself and making regrettable decisions which leads to embarrassing pictures posted by friends on the internet.
I do plenty of stupid stuff whilst sober- why expedite that with such substances?

Apparently I nearly died as an infant. I had a really bad inner-ear infection and when my parents rushed me to the hospital I had a temperature of 105.

Nearly drowning in a dog food container in a pool while my brother jumped up and down on it.
Wat was going through my mind: OH SNAP I NEVER BEAT THE ELITE 4!

Was driving and lost control, next thing i knew i was staring at a power-pole that had cut clean through my bonnet and i was staring at it les than 30cm away from me. Not a fun feeling believe me, funny cause they had to drag me to hospital....

When I was like 12, I nearly fell out of a water slide that was 50ft or so in the air. Scary as fuck, thou I was younger so I could just be exaggerating, and anything else I might have just repressed.

I don't know if it counts, but I've been in 3 car wrecks. I got knocked out in one of them when my head hit something. Before that I got electrocuted, and I've had a fever so bad I got delusional to the point I could taste my own mouth. I think it was about 104.

When I was about 10 or 11, I crashed a dirt bike and blacked out, which is really fucking freaky. Apparently I blacked out for so long, it's amazing I didn't have any long term side effects to go along with the short term injuries.
