Need advice

I'm 5'1 with a plump weight of 124/127 lbs, and I used to be 140. I lost weight and became 108 lbs due to eating disorders and stuff and my self-esteem is low because I feel fat. But when I'm not in school, I feel fine about my body and then I laze at home. I really need a nice way to lose weight realistically, can someone help? >

Well first off you need to deal with your body issues and if you are still suffering from them, the eating disorders. When you have self-esteem issues with your weight, no matter what you do, you will always find something to criticize or critique.
Even though you feel comfortable with yourself at home, it isn't realistic to just stay home and not deal with the outside world. People do two things; judge or don't care. For those who pass judgment on you, basically say to yourself, "what right do they have to judge me this way! I am a human being and I am better than this and will cry it out later and then move on." You can't let other's get to you in such a way; this is your life and your life only, other's don't run it for you.
For those people that don't give a shit (usually the latter) then what do you have to worry about? You can think to the hilt that everyone is passing judgment on you, but that usually isn't the case. Most people won't know you and won't give two shits about you. I'm not trying to be mean when I say this, I am just telling you that most of the time we put too much emphasis on ourselves when in all actuality, no one is even giving us a fleeting thought. When you start to think in a less self-absorbing manner, it becomes easier to deal with life.
My advice for you personally is to do these things:
1) Go see a trusted physician or therapist about your eating disorders and body self-esteem since this will be the biggest hurtle to cross over as well as your biggest priority
2) Ask your physician about a diet that is right for you (food and exercise) to which they can refer you to a proper nutritionist since every person is different on their physical requirements and dietary intake
Once you do these two things you'll find it easier to live a healthier lifestyle.

Just work on your esteem and health a little bit at a time. Trying to get immediate results never ends well.
Also if you do diet, I would do it more for health reasons then for actual weight loss. We are told to lose weight when we have too much of it affecting our health; high blood pressure, high cholesterol, lack of energy, impaired mobility, shortness of breath. When you become proactive in changing your lifestyle weight loss is possible, but the outcomes vary. Some lose weight, other just gain muscle. You could also look the same, but that is never a bad thing. May just be your bodies way of telling you that this is how you are supposed to look and there is nothing wrong with that.
Anyways, I can't tell you how to diet and exercise at this moment since as I said in my last post, with eating disorders/self-esteem problems, it is more about dealing with the mental thoughts/feelings then the physical.
Wish you the best with your goal, keep up the good fight!
