Need help ASAP error 628

So, i got that error from my laptop, and now i can't connect to the internet.
I know that it can be fixed with some programs, but i don't have a connection. So is there anyway i can fix it manually?

From the sounds of it you're on a VPN just reconnect to the network unless your account on there has been suspended.

I hate things when they "fix" themselves on their own... damn false alarm...

needs more confirmation though.

Then it's probably your VPN connection dropping out it happens at my Uni every now and then.
