need help building a computer

Trying to build a computer and want some opinion on it. This will be my first build, so I don't really know if my build is good or not. This is pretty much what I got so far.
CPU - $219 Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
Motherboard - $89 BIOSTAR TH67+ LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX

Ram... too much but hey.. go with 6gb of the good stuff...59 buck for 2 4gb chips seems off.
NVM i haven't bought ram in a while...
The Cpu and mobo you can get them both for 279$ here...

750 watt is overkill, 500w is good in most cases, though you can go 600w tops with that mid range build. Also you can save almost half the price by going amd on your cpu with a Phenom x4 965 though you need to change your motherboard to a socket AM3 board.
