So guys I am having trouble, I want to add background image fit for all web browser,I stumble upon that the best way to do that is with CSS so I went to web site w3schools try to learn basic step CSS but the image end up cut or all the rest of the code end up at bottom or white block within the BG Image or Image take over everything. I have tried different numbers of tags combination and no success.
In html I have learned Image/Image with links attach,Audio/Background audio and video for all type web browser I got the converters for audio/video html5 using a lot
window live movie maker to edit,I have been doing all this with notepad and keyboard.
I have been jumping ahead a little in my tutorials and looking for the interesting parts,It
has been fun months, awesome learning exp like putting puzzle back together.
Sorry if this post is to long everyone my family doesn't understand my language any more speaking in html tags for months, I don't have anyone that understand this stuff so I am all alone.Ok done I will shut up now.

You could use "background-size:cover" to auto-resize the (body) background image, the problem is, this will fail if the user's screen / browser window has a different aspect ratio.
You could use Javascript and the window-size to display your image correctly but it might look pretty shitty if the user has a unusual browser'window size.
For this you could use "document.innerWidth" and "document.InnerHeigt", but note that the user can deactivate javascript whenever he wants to.

Post the HTML & CSS code please, preferably to Paste Bin. It's hard to help someone when there is no actual reference to what they're trying to accomplish.
W3Schools is the worst place to start learning any programming or markup language, the information they provide is outdated, unorganized and they mention next to nothing in the way of efficiency, patterns and conventions. I highly recommend reading this book:
Beginning HTML & CSS, Rob Larsen
This book is a guide to HTML5 & CSS3, you will not only learn how to write both of these markup languages but how to do it properly. If, after you're done reading this book, you plan to go further, I recommend reading these in the order they are linked:
Javascript - The Definitive Guide, David Flanagan
JavaScript - The Good Parts, Douglas Crockford
JavaScript Patterns, Stoyan Stefanov
Programming PHP, Kevin Tatroe, Peter MacIntyre, Rasmus Lerdorf
PHP - The Good Parts, Peter MacIntyre
Learning PHP Design Patterns, William Sanders
If you read through each of these books and understand all of the content contained within you're pretty much set to be a professional web developer. More importantly, you will be writing these programming and markup languages properly, your code will execute efficiently and will be extensible and modular, you'll be using some of the best patterns out there created by people who are at the top of the class in their field. At the same time you will avoid all of the bad habits most programmers acquire over their life-time. All of this combined will make you, as a programmer, worth much, much more than even people who attend prestigious Universities for their education, all without paying a dime.
If you're looking for a place to get answers to your questions in the future, you should try using Stack Overflow. Just remember to post your code.
W3Schools is not in any way affiliated with the consortium, even though their name implies as such. They have been asked by the consortium many times to state on their website the aforementioned, and have thus far refused to do so.

Frankly, nowadays there's no way around CSS... in fact it's better to just buckle down and learn it, as the separation of content from presentation just makes sense and will serve you better in the long run.
