Need some Japanese help.

I need help with the particles Wa, Ga, and O. I think I get O, it is when something is acting on something, like asking What would you like to drink? or saying I ate the food. But Wa and Ga I am still extremely confused. I know that you can use Ga for if something is definitely it like asking who drank my coffee but none of my exercises have something like that. Same with Wa, I know you can use it for something like at least as in I at least do not play golf... (but I might play other sports). Doing a search online doesn't help much so lets see if the esteemed ladies and gentleman of Fakku! can help me.
Here is some examples on my assignment;
A colleague complains that he cannot log in on a website
Ano Saito ____ pasuwaado____ irimasu yo.
You've been told that you do need a password
Soo desu ka. Pasuwaado ____ nan desu ka.

Because trying to learn a new language is a definite sign of faggotry.
OP: Sorry, can't help ya. My entire Japanese vocabulary consists of military terms.

Anata wa watashi no borusu kowashitemasu.
That's all the japanese you need to know.
Also, on topic, even though it has been a long time since I took Japanese, I believe wa and ga both mean "is" or "are" but the difference is something like wa being used when they know what you're talking about, and ga is when you suddenly bring up a new subject. There's probably much more to it than that, and I must reiterate: I haven't taken Japanese in a long time, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt.

I use wa and ga subconsciously all the time so it's hard for me to explain/ it's kinda difficult to put into words. Hopefully this will provide some answers, sorry I can't be more of help - http://www.timwerx.net/language/particles.htm

Here's Namasensei's video where he explains the use of the topic particle ('ha', which is read as 'wa').
Keep watching the grammar episodes, they have many more sentence examples where he breaks it down.

The difference between ga and wa is one of the most difficult things about japanese. Sometimes it doesn't even make sense why you use ga instead of wa or vis versa. Honestly, you just have to get used to it and learn from experience. I still use them improperly and don't really understand it entirely. Fortunately, you can mix them up and not sound like a complete idiot when you do.
------------------------------------------------------------
A colleague complains that he cannot log in on a website
Ano Saito wa pasuwaado ga irimasu yo.
Second sentence, I feel like it is ga because it is you in particular that needs a password, but I know from being told this statement personally that it is "wa" lol. You need a password in general so:
You've been told that you do need a password
Soo desu ka. Pasuwaado wa nan desu ka.
Also, we were already talking about the password so there is that too (I think?)
------------------------------------------------------------
Just gotta stay with it. I don't know how to explain it since I'm not very good with particles myself.
