I am. Seriously pissed.
Like, to the point where I will most likely stop listening to both bands.
He's ditching Dream Theater, where they were friggen amazing, to go with a meh band of Avenged Sevenfold. Now, Dream Theater will either fall apart, or find a new drummer who has nowhere near as much talent, lowering the quality of everyone's work.

Sad, but honestly not very surprising seeing how he's been working with Ax7 and various solo-projects for a while now. But he says himself he wants to "take a breather" rather than leave entirely, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him back with Dream Theater in a few years.
