Not TCF March - Pizza Roll + Side dish

Im going to be really busy and havent really thought of a dish to make, so I thought this will do, in case my work load gets too hectic and I dont have time... My entry for this months contest can be found

I changed the mushroom out with chicken, cause I do really like mushroom and it fitted the theme. I used some nasty processed chicken though, but im not exactly loaded... I also substituted the cheese for cheddar.

I had some left over fillo pastry, so I decided to try and make something fancy (a la classy), so I got the left over pastry dough, added some slices of tomato, a little onion, mint and parsley and banged it in the oven.

I think I'll try this, but with my own pizza sauce instead of ketchup...it does sound easy and delish except for the ketchup. And I usually fucking LOVE ketchup.

You are telling me you made the same pizza roll which I gave the recipe for and you are not loaded? Holy fucking shit how much do you eat then?

That pizza roll is more than enough to fill up 2 people.

Maybe I misunderstood the meaning of "loaded", mushrooms,cheese and ham are pretty cheap here. No wonder it was not "delicious".

well its not like I ate it all you know. this was dinner yesterday, and now lunch and dinner today as well...

And cause I choose the cheapest ingredients, I got the price down to around 4 pounds, which doesnt exactly make it the most expensive meal ever...

I must admit you did a pretty good job on the looks on your first try, it's exactly how it should be. Too bad you didn't had the money for mushrooms/mozzarella(and ham in case you didn't buy it) it would be so much better with those.

Also those little notes were hilarious, nice touch there.
