There is issue with micro stutter (or frame pacing as AMD insist to call it) and it have been going on for years. AMD is already planning a fix for it by releasing a new driver some time this month if not the end of the month, but there is still no confirmation whether it will actually work or not.
It is hard for me to put what micro stutter in words, but if you try to google, I'm sure you'll find the answer.
