Odd Graphics-Related BSOD
0
Spoiler:
This is the BSOD that I get EVERY time I shut my pc down.
Obviously, it's something to do with my AMD card's drivers.
I googled the error message, and some people say it may have to do with my GPU receiving not enough voltage. Currently, it's clocked at 450MHz GPU clock idle, & 1280MHz Memory Clock at idle. I thought maybe when the computer shuts down, it doesn't receive the amount of juice it should in order to continue displaying the shutdown sequence. I've tried clean installing the newest drivers from AMD but to no avail.
Do any of you fine gents have any suggestions that I may have overlooked?

What model is your AMD card?
I have a 6850 Toxic overclocked to 820MHz clock and 1100MHz memory and it stays in idle at 100Mhz 150Mhz... your idle frequencies seems a bit high to me, it is overclocked?

My card is a 6950, so that could be why the higher clock speed.
Edit:
Sorry I take that back, it's actually 150MHz @0.9V Clock Speed and 250 MHz memory at idle. The above is under normal duress. It can actually overclock higher than that I believe, but I've never tried.

Your idle temps are fine, so overclock is not the cause of your problem.

If so, try to check out this link.
It seems that your problem is related to the TDR. It's a Windows tool that detect when your graphic card stop responding and attempt to reinitialize it using stock Windows graphics drivers.
In any case i suggest you to try remove completely your graphics drivers from Control Panel --> Programs & Features and then using Driver Sweeper (you can find it here), and only when your old drivers are completely removed install the newest version.
Let me now if you need any more informations or further help and if you solve your problem, hope this will be helpful.

Thanks for the advice and help.
I did fix it, the drivers were the problem, and I was not uninstalling them completely. I thought I of one option, and if that didn't work I was going to use your Driver Sweeper. I just went into safemode and uninstalled them. Rebooted to normal OS and re-installed. I tested it and we shutdown without a hitch now.
