Omens in Dreams
0
So I don't have many dreams, but when I do I almost always die by falling and then wake up. This reacures in almost every dream I've had. Seems almost like some huge omen my conscience is trying to tell me. You guys have anything like this? Have any suggestions on what it means?

I have had many dreams with odd situations that end up being real situations. For example.. I had a dream were I was driving and then I get stuck in a square unable to move, Next day later I get stuck in Traffic. I think dreams are effected of what we think or hear. Maybe you watch stuff of people dying or something. Lets just hope your dreams aren't predicting things to come.......

Shizumakami's video link is basicly the answer, stuff happening in day = dream, than you make up the dream, Although in reacurring dreams ussally are a sign of strong inpacting thoughs/actions.
Do you have a fear of highs? have you ever been up high? have you ever fallen? You might be trying to experience something inside of a dream that you might not be able to do in real life, be it good or bad. I doubt the dreams your having are part of an 'omen' though.
You said you don't remember your dreams very well? Alot of times when we try to remember what happened in a dream, we get that mixed up with what has happened recently, like.
- I've recently eaten too many 100 lb hamburgers, and now I have a heart attack, Oh No! Thats what happened in my dreams! -
Anywhat the dream really depends on how you look at it, Will it affect you, and if you've had experience with whatevers happening. Could mean nothing, could mean everything.
------
I used to have alot of nightmares when I was younger, and as I started learning more about dreams, I used to always see an incrediably scary creature in my dreams, I still see it in my dreams today, but i'm not scared by it anymore.
I kept thinking that maby it meant something, a fear the unknown? or knowning to much, But i've not had a problem with that.... yet.

I don't believe in omens really. I think it's just something is on your mind and it appears in the dream. Kind of like when you're a kid and you watch a scary movie before bed and the monster is in your dream.

i think you shouldn't try to often remember that dream
because i have an experience in the past where i have a dream about seeing my best pal having an traffic accident
and i keep warn him too be careful, but i worry too much and repeatedly seeing that dream in my head
and so... that accident happen, thanks god he still alive.
i think if you keep about that dream, your brain starts to projective that to your head and when you start thinking repeatedly about that it will start to live project that to your life.
but it's just my theory based by my experience though,no need to believe it.
the most important is if you dont like that dream just forget it.That will become a negative thinking and usually affect your behavior.

It all depends on how superstitious you are. I've had dreams come true in strange ways, I view it as my subconscious talking to me and trying to tell me something. If I dreamed of dying from falling, I would take it that my subconscious is telling me that it doesn't trust my balance and I need to be more careful on heights.
ExKnight has a good point though, don't dwell on it too much because it may actually be something akin to self-fulfilling if you allow the anxiety to get to you.
