I don't feel the need to. Makes it easier if somebody wants to PM me for something too, so they'll know I'm on and might reply faster, at least.

Ya, I hide my online status.
Changed one day because I felt like it and never changed back. But hey; it does suit my sinister purposes...

Does it matter? If I need to send PMs, I will send to those on or off line. I do not need immediate reply.
