Remember me?
Love this band. Never found a sound I didn't like.
(Haters gonna hate.)
Their most recent single, 'The Ballad of Mona Lisa' has been on repeat on my iTunes for days now.
It's from their new album, Vices and Virtues, coming out March 26th apparently.
Steampunk for the fucking win.
I really want his suit...
Fun fact: The singers top-hat is the same hat from the I Write Sins Not Tragedies video, just with some epic Steampunk goggles.
Discuss.
I don't want to hear any shit from haters.

No I just realized that falloutboy and panic! at the disco where so similar when they first came out they where almost the same band. No hate though they weren't awful[color=red](most of the time), or anything.

Panic! at the Disco is a horrible, horrible band. You should be ashamed for abusing your ears. I have some arsenic I could give you if you're into that sort of thing? You may think these bands are good, but you would be wrong. I have seen both Fallout Boy and Panic! at the Disco live and they were horrible. The only band that was worth anything when that set of bands started touring was From First to Last, and only until Sonny Moore left.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND, MR. I STICK NEEDLES IN MY EARS?

I haven't heard their older music in a while, but I remember it sounding a lot less generic than that did. I was never really a fan, but I don't remember it sounding like every other damned thing on the radio 6 years ago. maybe I just have a bad memory.
Also, I've not listened to a lot of Fallout Boy, but I've been told their first album was more genuinely pop punk and less just pop, and that it's not so bad.

So true. I really liked the track titled "Short, Fast, and Loud".

I liked them years ago, but have only heard their first album. Their music isn't to my taste anymore.
But I did attend their concert my junior year of highschool.

Grown out of it? I guess that makes me the sad old fart who still listens to punk and all its variants.

I love (and always will) the first album, but I feel like their style changed for the second one and I haven't kept up on any of their music since then. I like this new single though and glad to see they still have really good art direction in their music vids.

Although they may be generic, they're pretty damn catchy. And I'm a sucker for catchy music :D
Thats also the reason I'm a fan of a lot of top 40 bands.

I tend to go in and out of different sorts of music. But I've definitely pretty much out of the alternative area. I don't listening to it, but ehh.
I do enjoy punk. But genres like post-punk more.

Not something I actively listens to, but they're definitely nice once in a while, and I love the new single.
