From cute to gorgeous, I would go with white hair, since it sounds like something you haven't done before.

I love doing different things with my hair... I think I'll get a different hair tattoo as well, mine's grown in pretty quickly.

I think you've made your case about the person's photos being suspect, there's no need to continue doggedly on the subject; this thread is for photos (and to a lesser degree comments on photos) only. If the person does not want to refute your claims, I doubt persisting is going to change their mind. You can draw public attention to it, but continuing the argument itself is probably folly.
So I'm not off topic.
