Quick question ('bout Loli)
0
As I'm guessing at least 3 of you know, I write lemons. A lot.
Well, here's my issue:
I'd never thought of it until just tonight (don't ask me WHY,) but this occurred to me - Of course, in the US now, Loli = CP = Bad. Which means, of course, Kodomo no Jikan = Bad.
I've written KnJ lemons. Graphic ones.
Should I remove them from the face of the Internet (The faces of where I've put them, anyway,) or continue to update them? At this point, I figure that whether it's a story or a doujin, they'll bust you for ANYTHING.
Let me know what you think, Fakku. I have a story's fate riding on your opinions.

Could you please post this in one of the many pre-existing loli threads? If I post it, it'd be in the writing section (which I think I already DID, probably BOTH of them,) but that's not the point.
EDIT - Found 'em.
Playtime (One-shot, but the graphic one I mentioned.)

New Experiences (The one whose fate is riding now due to my question.)

If you are seriously worried, then just take them off. I mean you can just put them back on some other time when youre really sure that its perfectly fine.

I'm not so much as worried as I am curious as to if it's a good idea. If people think leaving them up is a bad idea, I'll kill them in as many places as I can find.

I'm pretty sure writing isn't scrutinized the way visual mediums are, you should be alright. What do you do for a job?

Because you're fearing persecution, there was one person who recently asked about keeping loli, who's training to be a teacher. I think the type of job you hold and the community you work in affects the consequences for your being found out.

You should just keep doing what your doing, I am not that much into loli, but after reading Playtime I've taking another step towards loving lolis more than I do already, which I am not worried about. If you take them down, just let me know when you right new ones, I am interested in reading more.

I think as someone has said writing's are not scrutinized as much as the visual medium of drawn and animated is. But then it would be on the safer side to remove them, it's up to you really, if you remove them it's your own move, no one is going to hate you for it.

Lolicon is still up in the air in the United States. Lolicon is still protected by the First Amendment, but of course there is that nice little loophole that states that it must still pass the Miller test, which of course it wouldn't.
No one is going to care if you have loli stories.

I've had the stories up for this long already with no consequences, but I still want to know if continuing 'New Experiences' is a good idea or not.
Well, that sounds like I'm asking for story reviews, which I'm not - It's just if people think writing SEXUAL stories involving Lolis is fine or not.

I'm not sure where everyone thinks this scrutiny is coming from. Japan is talking about banning lolicon, but there is no particular circumstances going on in the United States. That whole thing with Mangafox was a huge mistake caused by people assuming it was related to a crackdown and Sankaku Complex being their usual lying selfs to get more viewers.

As I stated it's up to you man, I'm not a lolicon, I can do with out it but then I'm not disowning anyone for it. As someone suggested use the Miller test on what you have done, if it fails to pass then stop what you are writing otherwise continue. Deleting it is only if you feel like it would be a valid option if you feel it would send you to Federal Pound me in the ass prison.

actually you are wrong, it's how it's worded, that makes a lemon pass/fail the miller test. I've known some Erotica writer's before, you can describe the act of sex in such a way that it is a form of art, while in most cases what you see from fan fiction writers here is smut in it's purest form. not that smut is bad.

No, that would be a lime. Lemons are sexually explicity (i.e. smut). Nothing that is considered a lemon would pass.

You should keep them up, freedom of expresstion states that you have a right to write what ever you want as long as it dosen't hurt anyone. People have been talking about cracking down on loli for years but nothings ever happened because they can't prove that loli leads to CP, they can't prove this because it's not true, therefore I'm confadent in your saftey if you continue to write.

I think you got some talent, I mean I almost saw in front of me what you wrote. If you ask me I tell you to continue, these two were awsome, it could be good to read more. Don't get the wrong idea, I'm not into CP, but fictional lolis are so damn sexy. :P
