Mmm, pleasantly surprised for about a 9/10. I was reluctant to click on it because any Deftones music I had heard before was some of their more metal tinged tracks, which while I like metal I wasn't fond of any of theirs particularly. I didn't realize they also had some rock influenced albums as well. I'll have to look more into that.

Anyway. Let's try something that people either love or hate... Coheed and Cambria! And The Suffering in particular seems to be hit or miss with some people.

Unfortunately, I'm guessing Google/Youtube decided to be douchebags again because for the life of me I can't find the music video. Seems most of C&C's music videos are available, but not The Suffering.

Christian Alvestam is the vocalist here, used to be with Scar Symmetry, and is also with Miseration. Pretty much one of the best vocalists you will ever hear for any kind of metal. He can do it all, almost any clean vocal range, ditto for growls.
