Remembering one's wet dream?

I think I've only ever had two or three wet dreams in my life, and I only remember one of them to this day. It was the only one I woke up from just after physically orgasming, and it was a very odd and new experience.

Girls cannot physically orgasm while asleep (that I know of) but I have saucy dreams all the time. I end up sweating a lot and standard arousal stuff.

I honestly don't usually have wet dreams, and even if I have an erotic dream (which is fairly rare), it's not a guarantee that it will have been "wet". I generally do remember dreams, though, either right afterwards, or later in the day.
