Requesting graphics designer for youtube

Hi everyone, I just started doing youtube gaming videos and was hoping someone could help a bro out. I would like to have an unique avatar/background for my own channel but because I am a huge failure when it comes to anything art related, here I am, at the mercy of you people with talent.

I'd be more than grateful if anyone can help me out with this. I can't pay you financially but I am open to alternative methods(nothing sexual please).

Hey guys, actually I ended up making the channel background myself after watching a tutorial online. Not the best work but I'm satisfied with how it turned out for now.

So yeah, I think I'm good for now, thanks for the offers though.

2 months later, I'm back and looking for help again.

This time I'm looking for a complete package, a few friends and I were looking for someone to help us do some GFX design for our joint Dota 2 channel which we'll start to do just prior to Christmas. We're in need of video intros, backgrounds, outros, avatar, thumbnails, etc.

I am also looking for all of the above for my personal channel as well, and some twitch.tv banner if possible. My noobie self made background has lost its appeal.
