[Locked] Resolution problems on Win7

Does anyone of you encounter a problem such black borders when playing 800x600 resolution games on full screen? Since my laptop got formatted and changed from XP to 7, I encountered this problem for every 800x600 game I played. Help? I tried changing the resolution on my laptop, which runs on 1024x800 to 800x600 but the black borders appear.

That's called letterboxing and is a feature that prevents degradation of aspect ratio.

you'll either have to find a widescreen fix or stretch it with the driver software

Nvidia - i don't know

But i only have Intel graphics, no NVIDIA or ATI.
