Rikkushi's 8th-9th Piece (Constant updates until 10th piece)

(1)My custom hand-drawn sketch of a heavily fictionalized self-portrait of me !

Material used: Just my Ball-point Pen :)
Personal Note: I'm quite new to the world of art so i might have missed a lot of things :/

(2)Now unto my second art ! but unfortunately i have not managed too much effort for it
but at least i have tried my best :)

Material used: Ball-point pen
Personal Note: I'm aiming for a military style on this one, i'll see if this one will work out.

(3)Third Piece inspired from my uncle's vintage Vietnam movies, this ain't chibi and more on the "natural" kind of style.


Materials: Ball-point pen and some pencil shades (?)
Personal Note: the third person ain't actually wearing authentic gear , i made her kinda out of place ? (and slightly fat) XD

(4)th Work of thy week that I have finished for the sake of my mind, taking some inspiration to various gothic art , dark themes and slight dash of touhou.


Material used: Ball-point Pen (pencil was used for prototype)
Personal Note: one very noticeable inconsistency would be the imp beside her .
(i might upload another pic for the sake of it but then i still have some things to do for a while.)

(5)th piece of art dedicated to the military of various Reich-Inspired Factions.


Material Used: Mechanical Pencil
Personal Note: war orphans enlist to take revenge.

(6)th piece out of 10 ongoing works directly inspired by scenes from various action animes and manga (light novels can be counted)



Material Used: Mechanical Pencil
Personal Note: An Imperial is about to kill a defeated foe when an arrow is about to hit his back.

(7)th piece of sketch depicting a wounded (Ronin?) and his dying beloved



Materials used: Ball-point (red & black)
Personal Note: I hope this detailed enough..but! i will have to revision it again sometime when i get the right mood.

8(th) Work done and finished !

As you stated it was your first piece, and that you're new to the world of art, so I can't see anyone getting on your ass harsh about anything.
Do you have an art goal you want to achieve? Like a certain style you wanna get super good at?

I think its pretty cute for someone starting out! I know if I ever attemped to draw I would make everything look like a horrible monster by accident >_

I like the picture mostly but not without slight criticism, it's lacking some shading and some jag lines are visible anyways i like the abstract borders good job Rikkushi-chan ^__- .

Have you thought of using other tools for drawing? Or even thought of coloring in your pictures?

I find myself extremely sucky in coloring and painting XD .

I always prefer my trusty Mechanical pencil , Pen and my printer-scanner :)
but i might buy a wacom graphics tablet if i have sufficient funds.

Ohh I see. I love painting, even though you think you're sucky, I'd love to see a small piece from you (maybe a request hehe :P).

I can completely understand the mechanical pencil and pen thing, I find they make sketches look so much more awesome :P.

Ouuu a tablet would be nifty. I think if you can save up for one, you should totally get it, it's a little tricky at first from what I've heard but with practice you can create magical things <3 :D.

Ou it's an interesting piece, I like it.
I wish you would have put a tad more detailing into it, like it's sort of hard to distinguish where his arm is and where the arrow was.
