Recent Cartoon.

That show happens to be Symbionic Titan, the recently cancelled animation series from, guess who? Genndy Tartakovsky, the director of the early years of the Powerpuff Girls, and the mastermind behind Dexter's Lab and Samurai Jack. :P

I swear to God, I've seen some episodes, and other than this, the show isn't all that bad. Reminded me why I watched the guy's cartoons in the first place.

I fuckin' love Gendy, but this kinda scene just seems ill-suited to the channel. XD

How about you watch a few episodes before judging it from one scene?

I watched a small bit of Pinky and the Brain when I was growing up, as most american kids growing up in the 90's did. Back then I didn't really get it, but my tiny kid brain was all 'omg talking evil mouse, talking stupid mouse... LOLOLO!'.

My boyfriend recently had me watch it with him, and I suddenly realize how age-inappropriate the humor was. It wasn't necessarily dirty or dark, mostly just ... political, oddly enough. Lots of satire and pop culture references about the preceding decade. It was kind of awkward...
