Search Engine Virus?

Ugh, so basically I've managed to get myself infected with some kind of virus that activates itself whenever I use a search engine. As soon as I hit Enter, my anti-virus starts throwing pop-up bubbles at me saying that it has blocked a potentially dangerous website followed by the name of the website which is just made up of several numbers and letters. Sometimes the website changes but not very often and this happens every time and with any search engine that I use. Also, my anty-spyware/malware has been putting up bubbles saying that it's been blocking several harmful IP Addresses, all of which seem to be from somewhere in the Netherlands. This started happening 2 days ago and I was wondering if anyone here knew what this problem is before I just decide to reformat the computer. I've already scanned my computer several times and nothing comes up.

I already tried Malwarebytes. It found a few things when I scanned but I still have the problem. From what I can tell, it might be something called Backdoor.Tidserv but I'm not sure though it seems the most likely.
