I would call that debatable. I personally have been "stimulated", and it was a buzzkill over anything else. There is a specific feeling associated with it, and it takes a specific type of man to get into that.

You should always consider doing it NOW. If you can't seem to find the right one, go for quantity over quality. It's actually common to find somebody who just wants to pass time before finding "the one".

It doesn't matter. I've been with both uncircumcised and circumcised men and as it's been said before - it doesn't matter as long as you're hygienically clean. From my experience the uncircumcised is just more sensitive and if the girl isn't ready to go and well lubricated it can hurt a bit from the foreskin being pulled back too far. That's about the only difference I've noticed.
