Shutter Island.

Went and saw this movie today and it's quite some heavy shit.
Really, really good though and I totally recommend people to see it. Sadly most of the trailers of it makes it look like a more-or-less typical thriller, but it really isn't.

Good movie, but the ending is kind of predictable

It is~ Its a mind trip.
