So I haven't picked up a pencil in a really long time, but this morning after choosing my new Avi, it inspired me to draw :3. I think I'll just start posting all my creative things in here :3.
So this is what I came up with today. (It is not scanned, I took the picture with my phone).
These are all old; from back in 2009.
These two were inspired from Chobits:

This is my recreation of the Scream by Munch:
This is my most recent one ^^, made it as a gift to a friend:
Let me know what you think, I think I might take up drawing completely again, and painting if I can get some canvas.

I like the amount that I have improved since 2009, even though not much practice has ensued xD.
My Scream is my favorite piece ever. I love acrylic paint! I did a picture of my boyfriend and bestfriend too, but wasn't as satisfied, could never finish it. It's in my moms hallway now, if I can, I'll snap a picture of it sometime so you can see ^^
More drawing shall come along.

I think your two most recent ones (the neko girls) look quite great and almost the same to your avatar.
For the first one, my only complain is that the area between her chest and hip seems a bit long to me. Well, this can be fixed easily if you keep on drawing so just do that ^^
Also, try to use the character's head as a measurement for your body length. For example, a girl's body length usually is 7 heads long from top to toes. And 2 heads from neck to hip. You can use this to compare your work with your reference.

You're right the torso/stomach area is quite long, I noticed there was something off but I could never figure it out till you mentioned that thanks ^^
Also I shall keep that in mind for the next time I draw up a character :3.
I really appreciate your words ^^ I don't usually have anyone to critique my work so it gets hard to get better when you don't know what's not quite right. ^^
