I'm actually born on a cusp (my birthday is December 23rd), so technically I'm a mix between sagittarius and capricorn.

Some traits I relate to:

Nothing actually changed. I can't remember what actually happened, but they were trying to say that there was another constellation involved with the zodiac order or some shit. I find it stupid they tried to add another one it's not like it's the only other constellation that's around the other ones -3- In the end, I don't think they added it to the zodiac list.

To answer the question, no I don't believe in them but others can believe in whatever they want. I read mine if I have the newspaper on hand, but I don't go out of my way to read it.

Sagittarus,personally I find some truth in zodiac signs as I have been able to model their descriptions but I can see how some people may see it as generic enough for it to subconsciously tether itself to an event or idea and a bunch of bullshit otherwise
