Some ground beef recipies?

So my dad got like over a pound of ground beef from our restaurant due to a misplaced order and so we took it home. Long story short do any of you guys have a good meatball recipe or any kinda of dish that could use a lot of ground beef? Kinda want to use most of it before it goes bad or before we freeze most of it.

My personal choice would be Lasagna, but Meatloaf is also a good option for using a lot of it

Yeah, I'm also a huge fan of meatloaf. Mix in an egg, some Worcestershire sauce,bread crumbs, make it into a loaf, mix some brown sugar and ketchup in the bottom of the cooking dish and put the loaf on top. 350 for an hour. I'm sure most people would put onions in there, but I hate onions.
