I used to. Then I realized that was sexist so I grew up.

Being a girl, I don't treat girls much differently than guys. Though I know at work I do things where if there's a person I know who generally has thicker skin and isn't really polite, or just doesn't seem very approachable due to their demeanor or what not. The kind of things I do is make sure I'm always pleasant with them, ask them how they are or just smile and say hey as I'm walking past.

I don't know why I do it to be honest, I guess I just don't want to make enemies with anyone at work, so I try to be pleasant no matter who the person to avoid any work drama.

I try always not to make distinctions, and for good manners but i have to admit that sometimes i forget the good manners and sometimes yes, like most of us, i just do it if the girl is hot! ;)

Yeah, generally, unless they're a real bitch. If they're hot, it definitely helps. :P

Thinking about it, I tend to be nicer to girls.
Not about their appearance though. it's mostly about their personality.
