Srpski film (A Serbian film)

I started watching this expecting so much more from it, with all the hype around it I was expecting to be looking away every ten seconds in disgust and the only scenes that truly shocked me were

Anyway I actually found this movie quite well done, definitely not for the faint of heart.

Anyway can anyone suggest a similar title?

I've heard about A Serbian Film but haven't looked into it too much. I have heard about the child rape though. How do they do it? Does the stuff in the movie look real, like they could have really fucked some kids, or is it obvious that it's fake but still disturbing?

I'm tempted to watch it because I love horror, and checking out niche horror can be rewarding, but I don't want to see something that would make me genuinely feel worse about the human race.

As for suggestions, I've heard all sorts of people rant about August Underground's Mordum. I've seen some screenshots, and it indeed looks gruesome.

Well with the newborn fucking scene it's fairly obvious that there's never a real baby in it, just a rubber baby but they have this audio track of a baby shreiking in pain ad it's fairly graphic, so yeah its disturbing.

Not a horrible movie, but a much better story. The descriptions of the butchering were so vivid it was beautiful.

Is Midnight Meat Train really similar to A Serbian Film? To me, MMT is just an average horror movie. I don't recall the gore being spectacular, and besides the killings, there isn't anything disturbing about the movie.

No MMT isn't even a little similar to a serbian film, MMT was just an everyday old gory supense horror.
