Stereoscopic Images, You cross your eyes to see the better.

Well, yeah, I got stuck at drawing something when I suddenly remembered this.

Tutorial

The link provides a simple tutorial on how to see stereoscopic images in 3D.

It's very weird, and it's very hard to work out, but once you succeed on seeing a clear 3D-ish picture, you'll have a big smile on yourself.

i managed to do it after trying for half an hour.

btw, i just noticed that the 3d version of the pic looked a little smaller...

I didn't know it was that hard to do.

iirc, this technique is used in hospital, to get a 3d image using 2 x-ray image taken at an angle. it is also said that there is people that can do it, and who can't.

Fuck. My eyes hurt now and it was hardly worth the trouble. >.<

I can do it almost at will, but my eyes hurt afterwards.

Edit: Anyone managed to split it into four images? Usually happens after I stare at the combined image for more than a few seconds and then I'm forced to blink. Four is like a sensory overload. >.<

I love stereograms. But my vision isn't great when I do it.

Well, you have to focus until you see a clear picture after you made the two overlap each other :3

I managed to do this straight away, without having to focus on my finger ._.

And the images to me get smaller but get closer.
