Confidences.. no girls like wimpy shy guys unless they like wimps or are mentally unstable.. inb4 kung fu wolf bitch.

Remove the inuyasha shirt or cat ears... even weebettes don't like men that way.
open the door/ be a gentleman.. panty remover in the waiting.
And it doesn't hurt to use a nice credit card or drop a bank receipt with 5 to 6 figures on it... local bank atm.. people usually forgot them... I see some hate or -rep going for the truth.

Prefer to have an intelligent partner who listens to people's advice. Pleasant personality comes first, then looks, then background. (Background doesn't really matter at all)

It depends on what level you're operating in. Money, looks, personality. Just need to have one exceptional point to be attractive to ordinary people.

when I am painting or drawing I look very dedicated to it and I think girls like that. Also when I doing something I constantly talk to myself and suprisingly it starts conversations decently. Also I have nice facial features and am fit. If only I was not so shy and anti social around girls...

I'd say these suggestions apply to both genders, so yeah...
- Kindness to people you know: if you're a dick to your friends, I don't even want to imagine how bad it would be to be intimate.
- A good attitude, at least in public: you can be depressed (trust me, I've been there... still am often), but when in public if you try to keep positive, it really shines as a great effort on your part.
- Well-kept: You can be overweight/disabled/etc. with no problems, but if you do your best to look nice in public and keep yourself clean, it really stands out!
- Open to new people, experiences: When you are receptive and willing to engage with others you don't know too well, that shows a lot of courage and respect for others too.
- Understand personal boundaries, but also personal cues: A person who knows how far to keep from someone (both physically and socially) is a plus. But someone who can also read the mood and act appropriately within bounds is also great! Balance those two.
