I usually only go outside for tennis or for occasional walks. I only like it when it's cool though.

I get so little free time that when I have the chance I try and spend some time outside, even if it's doing menial tasks.

I don't mind being outside as long as it's warm. I get cold very easily, so I'd like for it to be at a comfortable temperature if I'm going to be out and about.
I actually really like being outside, but the problem is that I get bored easily outside. Mergh.

Ot; I don't mind sunlight. I'll go outside every now and again. I am a bit more of a night person/ inside person, but. I couldn't go without outside/ sunlight though.

The title and question speak the intention, essentially. I don't spend terribly long in direct sunlight, personally. Though I sometimes sunbathe a little to get an extra helping of Vitamin D. And if I must be out in the brightest day hours, I prefer to be out during an overcast day.You should know that you don't actually get vitamin D from the sun. The sun doesn't give off vitamin D. There's just a reaction caused that produces it when ultraviolet radiation penetrates your skin. Doctors actually recommend against it as well...
