Supporting Artists Directly

I love some of the artists that are featured here on FAKKU. The art and the stories that these artists make are incredible, and i'm glad that part of my FAKKU subscription fee is going straight to them. However, since the portion of the subscription fee that is used to support the artists is likely divided to all artists featured on FAKKU, i feel that i can't show my favorite artists enough love. To make matters worse, i don't exactly have the privacy to purchase my favorite artist's books both physically and electronically.
So that being said: Are there any other ways to support specific artists? I am hoping there is something similar to Twitch/Youtube works where i can just donate to them directly. I notice that on some of the artists profiles there is a link to something called Pixiv, but i don't know what that is, how it works, or if a person in the West can even use it.
Any information helps, thanks!

Pixiv is essentially the Japanese answer to DeviantArt. Used to be trickier to use without knowing the language, but has a good English language interface now as well. Can also be used to support an artist if they're using the Patreon-like Fanbox or the marketplace, Booth.
