Survivor's Signatures. (Remade)

Well, considering the great Purge that's washed through Fakku, I guess I should remake this thread. I'm a freelance sig maker and renderer, using GIMP to make my stuff. If you need a signature made or you need something rendered, then feel free to send me a PM or ask here. Comments and criticism of my work are wanted, so don't hold back. As opposed to my old thread though, I'll just show you the sigs I've made for people here on Fakku. I made my sig and avatar as well, so there's some more to see, I guess. >_>































Oh, I'm kinda odd when it comes to time frames when I make things. I might have it ready in a few hours, or it might take me a week, it depends on how motivated I am. Keep that in mind if you want me to make you something. Anyways, enjoy.

EDIT: I'll also be using this first post as a master list for completed sigs made for people here. Keep an eye on it and hopefully you'll see my skills progress with the more signatures I make. You (The person reading this) can help by requesting something for me to make for you.

Well, I hope the moderators don't mind if I bump my own thread, but I've made a few more sigs for the people here at Fakku, and I'd like some criticism on them.





The black and white one didn't take long, but I was surprisinly uninspired when I made it, I'm not too sure how I feel about it. Anyways, seeing as I'm not out of projects to work on, I'd like to remind anyone lurking in this thread that I'm open if you'd like a signature made, or if you want something rendered. Please, leave a message here, or send me a PM. <_<.

Yes, why the devil would I charge for them? I'd never charge for something like this, it would be different if I was a manga translator or something, but I'm just a guy who is looking to improve. If someone wants something done, I make it for them. I make them because it keeps me entertained. So, if you want something done, let me know.

Haha didn't mean it that way, I thought some of these were done as favors or trades.

I don't really expect anything for making sigs, I certainly don't ask anything for it. I just do it to stave off boredom.

Once again, I find myself out of signatures to make. That means I'm bored. Who else wants something done?

Um... Are the sigs limited to that size and can i have more than one character in the sig?

I generally prefer working on a 400x150 scale, but I can make it wider, depending on the render I'm using. it's also possible for me to use 2 renders in one signature, but with the way I make the backgrounds, each render would need to share colours, so they don't clash.

Can i request one with Katsura Kotonoha from School Days and Ryuuguu Rena from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni?

I'll make them as 2 seperate signatures, if you don't mind. It's easier for me to do. And thank you, Harune, although that glow comes from a fractal and gradient map combination I used.

I'm pretty happy with how this one came out. It's the fractal being used as a light source that makes it so appealing to me.

Now to work on the Rena sig.

I would have preferred them in one sig but when i saw this, my mind dropped on the floor. You are AWESOME. Can't wait for the Rena one. + rep once i can.

The problem with it is the the predominant colours of orange and purple clash. It's easier for me to make two seperate sigs then it is to try and blend colours like that.



Once again, I welcome all criticism and advice. I'm also out of requests, so to the lurkers out there, you know what to do.
