[TCF December] Late entry!

Super late entry as well, but this is what I'm having for my New Year's dinner. It's rather fussy, and I HATE tying it up. My uncle used to suture it medical style for me--and he loved doing that!--but alas, he is no longer here to do it. =(

Though to be honest this was my first thought, but when i saw the prep pics, I can only imagine it tastes rather tasty... Im all curious now!
Only thing that I can contribute is that maybe you could have done something to the rice which looks rather dull besides it, but I dont know what you could have done, so meh -
good job btw - I would definitely eat it :3

It would have looked much better if I did suture it--the pieces would be perfectly round and the filling would stay in place instead of being all over. But no, I am laaaaazy.
