The Lord of Butts!
For my first time participating in this contest, i made a pizza,
since it is what people here like the most when i make it xD
I have my own recipe so i cant link it, but will type it.
Ingredients for my homemade pizza Hawaii:
Dough:
2 soup spoons Oil
Half package of plain flour (500 grams)
salt
1/4 liter water
1 piece of yeast
_____________________
Ketchup
Ham
2 Tomatos
Pineapple pieces (cutted)
Cheese (using Gauda-slices)
Pizza-spice mix
_____________________
First to start off with the dough, I crumble the yeast into a
can with the 1/4 liter warm water, and stir it until it has
dissolved in the water.
I give two soup-spoons of oil into a bowl with the flour in it,
adding some salt (a half tea-spoon) and the water with the yeast,
and stir it again.
When it gets firm, i take it out and squeeze it a couple of times,
make a ball out of it and then put it back into the bowl,
putting a towel over it, letting it rest for thirty minutes,
wich gives me the time to prepare the other ingredients,
like cutting and washing the tomatos etc~
[color=#FF0099]After the waiting time has passed, i squeeze the dough a few times again and
use the rolling pin to make it flat, making it fit the tablet.
Putting the dough on the tablet, i put ketchup on it and allocate it over the dough.
Above the ketchup, i put the ham, followed by the Tomato pieces and the pineapple pieces.
On top, i put the cheese and the pizza-spice.(mentioning that people love hceese here,
thats why i use a bit more xD
When its ready, i put it into the oven, for 16-18 minutes on 180°celsius.
After it gets a nice color, you can take it out and enjoy it with friends or family~
Bon appetit.
Hope anyone who tries it will be satisfied~

That looks yummy! I want some~
Approximately how long did it take for you to make it, prep to baking?

Few things.
The ketchup...You had me all the way up until then. I'm sorry, but ketchup is far too sweet and too processed to be an ideal pizza sauce.
However, you redeemed yourself entirely using Gouda, that cheese has a wonderful flavor and isn't as widely used as it ought to be. Your second redeeming quality was the dough recipe. You made it yourself, the recipe is easy and simple to follow and is a very traditional recipe. Kudos~

The Lord of Butts!
if you include the time that the dough needs to rest, and the time the pizza is in the oven (16+30 minutes) It took me 75-80 minutes.
And to Sanji: Haha yeah i know theres better things as ketchup for that, but i absolutely loved ketchup since my childhood, and i love the taste of that on my pizza.
Thanks for your comments :)

Awww yeah, Asa joined in!
I'd probably replace the ketchup too, but this recipe looks yummy. Gouda cheese instead of mozzarella is awesome.

Well that would depend on the pineapple...Even freshly bought, it has the potential to be increasingly sweet. If you have to leave the ketchup on it, then I might suggest adding sauteed onion and fried garlic to offset the taste. But that is just my opinion ^_^
