EDIT:5/12/12
So I started cooking and now it's just a matter of a waiting ....but while I wait I shall tell you all what I am making and post the prep and cooking pics. Just a heads up, this one is for the beer lovers.
I am making Pulled Pork served on Beer Bread with a side of Mashed Potatoes. (what I am going to do to use alcohol with the mashed potatoes, idk yet lol)
But Here's the basic recipes for them, the pulled pork and the mashed potatoes are made up by me so, the measurements aren't all exact, the beer bread I found online though.
I also make-shift made up the gravy recipe...so if I tried to write down as I used things.
Here's a 1 picture of almost all the things I will be using:
Pulled Pork:makes about 10 servings - Prep time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 5.5-7.5 Hours
What You Will Need:
Cooking:
Pics(Done): This is what I mean by flaking and such
Beer Bread: makes 1 loaf - Prep Time 10 mins/Cook Time: 40-45 mins
What You Will Need:
Cooking:
Pics (Done):
Mashed Potatoes: Makes about 5 servings - Prep Time 5 mins/ Cook time 30-40mins
What You Need:
Cooking:
Pics (Done):
Also I decide to make Mushroom Onion Beer Gravy: Makes 3-4 Servings- Prep Time: 5 mins/Cook Time 15mins
What You Need:
Cooking:
Pics: (Done)
Comments:
Eat it as an open face sandwich since the bread is crumbly and cut the slices of bread pretty thick
Needs work on Presentation but tastes great.
Pics:
I would suggest adding some of the sauce on top of it from the crock pot, and maybe some cheddar cheese or provolone.
But thats it, have any question or comments let me know! Happy Eating
Well now that I can add more pictures:

I could see myself making the pulled pork and beer bread sandwich, although i would be tempted to add barbecue sauce to the pulled pork, simply because i've never had one without it
