Tegumi's forum siggy collection

I feel for a KnT sig there are not enough sparkles or bubbles.

For this reason I give it a 7, because it did grab my attention and have a nice feel to it. I feel sigs should have a good degree of personal touch to them that reflects the user more than the actual content.
