What are your favorite and special foods in your country?

I'm from the United States so I gotta say my favorite dish is spicy chicken wings.
Here are some I made... very spicy >:D
Also in Salad form~
Cheese steaks are fantastic but I have not made them in awhile so don't have any pictures. Also, I moved to the west coast from living fifteen minutes away from Philadelphia on the east coast, which has the best Cheese Steaks around. Next time I make some I'll try to take a mouth watering picture.
