But there's some tentacle mangas where the tentacles are part of a human. Like RE11 by Namonashi/RUBBISH selecting squad. Its a Nanoha doujin and in that Fate [size=10](I hope that was her name, I havent watched the anime at all)[/h] grows a tentacle penises, many of them. So in that the tentacles arent a part of something non-human ;)
Also Tentacle Lovers by the same artist has quite nice story too, making it sweeter than your usual tentacle mangas. But it has some nastier parts too (like bulges on stomach from the tentacles that go quite deep), but if you can block that from your head, its quite nice :)
Still too alien to me, bleh.
