[TFC] Forloren Hare (Danish Meatloaf)

I was feeling a tad homesick so I decided to make a (I think) traditional Danish meal - Forloren Hare, which directly translates to "fake rabbit", but in more practical terms is the Danish take on the meatloaf. I also made Hasselbach potatoes, glazed carrots and peas to eat with it - gravy too...

Any criticism/comments/advice is greatly appreciated..

I've never had meatloaf before, but it looks pretty good. Would have preferred a baked potato instead.

Good job, looks good although imo you put too much green peas on the plate(dunno, maybe because I hate them). Also the carrots would look better if you dice them or make straight cuts instead of slice them normally, but then again it's only a matter of appearance. Overall it's well done.

Shit, now I wanna participate too, but I can't ;_;

Hmmmmmmmm I would eat that ~ Maybe being a bit more creative with the presentation would make the meal seem more appealing? Still, veggies are good, and I love how the potatoes look, I had never heard of this technique before :3 good job
