So just out of curiosity I was wondering what type of bed everyone is most accustom to using.
For myself I finally took a risk and purchased a Japanese style futon and have been loving it to death ever since. The maintenance is a bit higher then a regular bed but I love a nice firm footing and a heavy blanket. The ability to put the bed away during the day also clears up plenty of space in a studio during the day.

I sleep where ever there is a pillow. Or something squishy to lay my head on.
I am use to sleeping on A) the floor B) a couch (my girlfriend's bed is a very large couch C) a tradition spring bed.

Hospital bed.
Bought one due to my neck.
Don't really need it now- but I bought the damned thing, so now can just use it as a lounge chair of sorts.

Its old and a handy me down, but its comfy.
I would mind getting one of rhose serta matresses or a futon though.

I have a regular bed, with a nice firm matrices, but I've slept in a Futon before, it's comfortable, and I still have it in another room,

Wow, I wished I had a futon, it would save so much space for me. But sadly I sleep on a regular twin sized bed with pink and white flowered comforters. I wonder if Japanese futons comes in pink?

I'd love to try a Japanese futon. At the moment I've just used a regular bed. I'll definitely try a futon in the near future to save space.

A 140cm wide regular bed. Some may think that 140cm is too narrow for 2 people, but me, my bf and my doggie fit in just perfectly. I like to snuggle really close to my bf every night, so we dont need much space :D

I've slept on a couch in my living room since i can remember(too small of a house to have a proper bed), but i wouldn't mind a big soft bed...

In order to save space I got rid of my mattresses and got a couch with a hide-a-bed in it. Worst investment ever. The couch is lumpy and the mattress inside feels like shit. I currently sleep on the floor.

I bought myself a nice platform bed when I moved into my apartment. It doesn't really help that I've had the same mattress for ten years.
