I like all four bands (3 certain bands more than 1 actually) but for biased reasons my vote goes for Megadeth all the way. If I could choose 2 the second choice would definately be Slayer.

None of them, Dying Fetus wins instead for me. If I was forced to pick one then I would go for Slayer though.

Goddamn that is a tough decision, but I will have to go with Megadeth ONLY BEACUSE I have listened to, and am a fan of almost all of their albums(I still have to listen to Cryptic Writings and a few more tracks off The System Has Failed).
I must say, if it came down to an all out battle of their best albums, then Slayers Reign In Blood wins hands down, followed by Megadeth's Rust in Peace and Anthrax's Among The Living Tied for second, and in last place Metallica's Master of Puppets. Why? well...
Ride The Lightning > Master of puppets (MY OPINION!)
also, WTF MAN?!?!? No love for ANTHRAX?!?!? Listen to "Spreading the Disease" or "Among The Living"!

Slayer all the way. Ironically, i dumped all of the Big 4 a while ago. Now all of the Thrash in my playlists are New Wave Of Thrash Metal.

Megadeth > Slayer > Metallica > Anthrax
It hurts putting Anthrax there, but they sucked absolute balls after Joey left. Their first five albums kick ass thought. Megadeth is the most consistent one (Risk doesn't exist to me). Metallica went down in quality after the Black Album and Slayer had a horrible dork age during the 90s.
Albums while I'm at it:
Megadeth: Rust in Peace > Countdown to Extinction > Peace Sells... but Who's Buying? > So Far, So Good... So What! > Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good!
Metallica: Ride the Lightning > Metallica > Master of Puppets > ...And Justice for All > Kill 'Em All (please don't kill me)
Slayer: Reign in Blood > Seasons in the Abyss > South of Heaven > Hell Awaits > Show No Mercy
Anthrax: Spreading the Disease > Among the Living > Fistful of Metal > Persistence of Time > State of Euphoria
You know what? Fuck it. I love them all the same. \m/

Metallica FTW.
Thrash metal is not just about banging drums as hard as possible or jam like crazy, but godly skills and techniques are required.
That's why I prefer Dream Theater over anything.

I listen to Pantera more than any of these bands. But if not them, Megadeth. The only bands I haven't really listened to out of the group is Slayer and Anthrax.

megadeth and metallica ftw anthrax is soso and slayer needs to learn to say it not spray itBut that's what makes Slayer awesome. Tom Araya has a kickass voice and his screams are awesome. They always get you so pumped up.
Cmon, how can you not love that? Motor mouth singing is the best.

Mmm for me, Megadeth are more of that than Metallica, but same here, I prefer DT xD
But if I would choose a band, that would be Megadeth and Slayer, Anthrax is pretty good too and so does Metallica, it's more of a matter of tastes with me, I'm more a prog/ power dude xD
