I try to eat pizza only a few times a week at most considering how bad it is for you. My favorite pizza has chicken or pineapple on it.

Fruit on pizza is blasphemous. In what way?
I think certain fruits on pizza can greatly enhance the entire pie and take it to a whole new level. In some ways, fruits can be utilized in the same way as a sweet onion, or roasted tomatoes.

In a way that it's not authentic Italian pizza. During the episode of The Layover when Anthony Bordain goes to Italy, he talks about pizza and how Hawaiian pizza is just wrong. I completely agree with him.

If you have a narrow-minded view about food, you may miss out on many tasty treats and that would be sad (T^T)

I eat pizza about every month or so and I mike my own pizza(including the pizza base and sauce). I toss in anything I have at home - pepperoni, jalapenos, mushrooms, olives and sweet onion.Wow, you make your own sauce?! That's impressive...Got a recipe for it you'd be willing to share? ;)
Meh. I learnt it from here.
Also, have any of you tried a Meatzza.

I know I say to keep an open mind about food, but I'm not sure about that Meatzza...That actually kind of scares me, I can't imagine the calorie or fat count in that bad boy lol

This thread makes me want to make a fruit pizza. Although it would more be of a fruit salad on a pizza crust. Still would be interesting to make though
I'm open to topping pizza with anything. I've done breakfast pizza, chicken alfredo pizza, and fried noodle pizza. None of them came out bad either.
Now I'm hungry

I'm intrigued...Fried noodle pizza?
How might one go about bringing that particular delicacy to fruition?

I'm not picky, but I do enjoy thin crust You don't have any other preferences for pizza? Toppings, sauce, size, cut?

I use pre-made crusts so I don't have a recipe for those. I usually make it when I have leftovers that I want to put together.
Here is the basic recipe regardless. The crusts I use are "large" size so I didn't include any quantities. Just use what you feel is "enough". This is a recipe I came up with on the fly, especially the seasoning, so feel free to change it to your tastes.
I was inspired by this video to make the noodles and the pizza crust just kind of happened.

Wolfgang Puck serves it at his express restaurants. It seems like a pretty simple pizza to make.
