The top japanese bands

Okay... so there are a lot of people who posted who they find the best japanese band or composer etc.
But can everyone {to make it more easy to have a whole list of the best j-bands in one topic]name there top 5 or so [may also be more or less, its about the idea ;)]
Then for the most who would like to know more j-pop bands [like me] can easily see that.
I guess I would once in a while list the top numbered bands again for a clearer view.

So in short:
