..How come there's no legal action about it?I mean we have thousand's of hentai site's streaming all kinds of doujin but the site's thats hosting manga(like naruto,bleach) all brought down(like onemanga,for example)?Does Japan have diffrent copyright laws from us?

Doujin are parodies of the real series so their not subject to copyright laws and since most of them are made by underground and no name artist.. more people seeing there comics.. more people buying them online and at comiket. Ero manga on the other hand.. i guess they just don't care since 99% of western can't buy them really... plus i guess it's good faith since the scan and translators don't get paid from it.. minus the ad cost for server and other shit.
Japan has basically the same copyright laws.. even wondered about the weird joke porn here.. this ain't that 70's show or dexxxter. Hell i got a letter from my isp for copyrights infringement on 3 animes and a japanese movie and they weren't even licensed in the country yet.

They aren't copyrighted at all in most cases. It's just a hobby for some artists to write doujins as there arent a lot of markets to sell them outside of Akihabara and places like Comiket

Taking legal action against parodies seems like a stupid idea. Streaming hentai on the other hand is actually under copyright, reason those sites are taken down more often.
