Secondly, I've been brewing for a while, it's great, really it is, but to open a micro-brewery you need to have a specific recipe to be your flagship, a variety of unique beers that will have a guaranteed market and have people (bars, etc. that will carry your beer to get it exposed to the public... Lastly you need to consider finances, can you feasibly afford the overhead required. Not to mention the legal issues. That being said, I'm not trying to discourage you, I love unique beers and I want more micro-brewerys to be successful (mostly to drive down the iron grip large labels (budweiser, guinness, heineken, stella, beck's, etc) have on the market).
